Welcome to The Velvet Acorn! I had a wonderful friend once say "Great Oaks grow form little velvet acorns!" and I thought how perfect is that.  I strongly believe in little changes make big differences and I can only hope to plant a seed here and there through life. I'm inspired everyday by Nature and all the wonderful things in it!  Designing and making things with the love of nature and outdoors in mind. The pure and simple things in life are worth so much! I have always enjoyed making and designing things, ever since I was a little girl! My grandmother taught me so much about handmade and homemade goods, these are the gifts truly filled with love from the heart ♥
